- ULPGM-V3 is an indigenously developed precision-guided missile meant to be launched from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
- It is a newer version of DRDO’s UAV-launched missile system and was flight-tested successfully at the National Open Area Range in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

- It has a high-definition dual-channel seeker for improved target detection and engagement.
- It has day-and-night capability and can operate in plain as well as high-altitude areas.
- It supports two-way data link, which allows post-launch target or aim-point updates.
- It is designed for air-to-ground and air-to-air modes in final deliverable trials.
