A seated yoga posture from classical Hatha Yoga tradition. "Bhadra" (Sanskrit) = gracious/auspicious; "Asana" = posture/seat.

KEY STEPS TO PERORM
Step Description
1. Base position Sit in Dandasana (legs stretched out)
2. Feet placement Bend both knees; bring soles of feet together close to the groin (Butterfly base)
3. Hands Clasp hands around feet / place on knees; spine erect
4. Hold Hold the posture for 30 sec to 2 minutes; breathe normally
