A seated yoga posture from classical Hatha Yoga tradition. "Bhadra" (Sanskrit) = gracious/auspicious; "Asana" = posture/seat.

| 2. Feet placement | Bend both knees; bring soles of feet together close to the groin (Butterfly base) |

| 4. Hold | Hold the posture for 30 sec to 2 minutes; breathe normally |
