TELL 14C WhatsApp chatbot launched

  • With the aim of effectively controlling cyber crimes and making the general public aware about Digital security, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has launched WhatsApp based 'TELL 14C Chatbot' (93193-01930) platform.
  • The Cyber ​​Crime Branch of Rajasthan Police is also continuously running awareness campaigns to spread this initiative to the general public.
  • Additional Director General of Police Cyber ​​Crime Rajasthan VK Singh said that this platform has been specially designed for those cases where an attempt of cyber fraud has been made, but the person has escaped financial loss.
  • In such cases, people can now share suspicious caller numbers, fake links, screenshots, social media accounts, chats or other available information on WhatsApp number 93193-01930, so that the network of cyber criminals can be stopped by taking timely technical and legal action.
  • The 'TELL 14C Chatbot' is a suspicious cyber activity reporting platform where only cybercrime attempts can be reported.
  • If a person has become a victim of cyber fraud or has suffered financial loss, he should lodge a complaint on the National Cyber ​​Crime Portal only.

  • Start a chat on WhatsApp by calling 93193-01930. Once the chatbot opens, select your preferred language.
